Just to let EVERYONE know,...this apaartment complex is veryyyy nice,..I can't stress that enough!!! It just feels like a HOME, and not just an apartment..The rental rates (I would say) are reasonable, for the quality of the apartment,... the workers there,......are sooooo very very very rude!!!!!!! My fiance and I went to view the apartment, and were very interested in the two bedroom apartment that's displayed on their website,..LOVED IT! but just the attitude of the person that was showing the apartment changed our mood very quickly!!!!!!!!!!! she had an attitude from the start,..as soon as we walked in (don't want to imply that she's racist, but maybe that's it) It was if she didn't want us to have the apartment,..like we weren't good enough or something,...we work EVERYDAY just like everyone else,.and pay bills as well,...so for her not to even know us,..and JUDGE US WAS VERY RUDE AND RACIST if you ask me!!! she couldn't wait for one of us to finish the application so that she could look at it,.and turn us down,....she barely wanted to take us to tour the property!!!!! PLUS, they want the applicants to make 3 times the rental rate,...which is fine,...but when applying with two people each person has to make half of that,...fine,..but if one person doesn't,..and the other one is able to make up for that amount PLUS MUCH MORE than why couldn't something be worked out''' DID SHE EVEN TRY TO HELP,..HELL NO!!!!! and that's the problem!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM A TONTI PROPERTY,................. actually we went to another property of Tonti,.and the lady who showed the apt. was rude as well,.she handed us the apps w/o even looking at us,..(like she was throwing them) I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
