I had great neighbors. The apartment itself was fine. The staff was...not too bright. I had covered parking (which I paid extra for) and they gave my space away several times to other people (it's quite annoying to walk up to your car and find one of those bright orange tow warnings stickers on your windshield.) The grounds was crappy looking, especially with all those damn shopping carts everywhere.
