I've been living here since June of 2006, and I have to say that the staff is excellent, the facilities well maintained, and overall this is a great apartment complex.
Yes, parking can be an issue - but for $20 you can have assigned parking.
What I really appreciate is that while we have all walks of life here - the residents cover nearly every race/color/age group, everyone is at the least cordial, quiet, and respectful of others.
Management does have a policy for screening that your income must be at least 4 times the rent. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

06/28/08 Bad, tight parking and no washer and dryer. There are starting to have a lot of low class, big families, trash, and ghetto people here.
