Limited parking.
Large swimming pool.
Older apts.

Update: Sorry--but I've lived here 3-1/2 years now (2007-2010) and have problem with noisy neighbors who play loud base music for many months now and other inexplicable loud noises.
I've called police several times, reported to the Operations Dept.
numerous times, finally reported to the apt Main Office.
Despite warning notices to these tenants from mgmt for months, they continue noises, and mgmt will not enforce their warnings.
Very poor management.
Not one time did the Opers.
Mgr.
come into my apt to hear these noises for herself, as the police did, their rental agent did, my neighbor did, and my guests heard many times.

My husband and I are moving in from California in June of 2007 and I want to make sure the neighborhood is safe.

Since my post on 7/11/09, I can vouch for only the one-half of my building where I usually walk outside and also the inside of my apt., the cockroach population has decreased. The management finally began putting roach poison where they were most concentrated in our building and it worked. But if you're on the higher floors, you shouldn't get much. It has been much better, thank goodness! The area these apts are in is known as "Fat City" and there are many restaurants nearby which attract these nasty critters. Eeeeew! Good luck.
