I hated this place. The chiller/boiler system stinks!! When you live in a place as hot and humid as New Orleans, it's nice to decide when you need to use the AC, not have it decided by some arbitrary temp reading. I think it has to be 72 degrees outside before the AC will work, in the mean time its abotu 95 degrees and 98% humidity in your apartment. Not to mention my doors were not sealed well and so hot humid air and big daddy roaches could get inside. My neighbors played loud music with lots of bass so my walls were always shaking. Plus I never felt safe here, I seriosly considered investing in gun because some shady people stroll throught the parking lots at times. Oh yeah, and there was a big problem with mold on everything in my closet, I guess that was due to how humid it always was inside...did I mention that the chiller/boiler system is terrible. For the price this place charges, they sould get with the times and install real AC systems. And another thing, it took me a week to disinfect the place when I moved in, it was disgusting! Then when I moved out and left the place in FAR better condition than when I moved in, they had the nerve not to give me back all of my deposit!

This sums up my experience too! This place is HORRIBLE!!!! They didn't give our deposit back either and we cleaned the carpets!!
