I lived at La Maison for abour three years. I lived there before and after the hurricanes hit. All of the apartments have been given central air and heat units so the chiller thing doesn't exist anymore. There hasn't been any change in management for the last year and the place is better than ever. I wish I wouldn't have had to move, but my job relocated after the storms. The staff was always nice, even when I was upset about something. I read all of the negative reviews on this page and I was really shocked. All of the poeple in the complex pretty much know one another and we all are very happy living there. The manager is on the ball, the maintenance man is as sweet as he can be, and the leasing person is always helpful. I have to admit that this is one of the best properties I have ever lived in. I had complaints about the chiller too, but it's gone now, so it is perfect. I would recommend La Maison to anyone in a heartbeat!
