I lived in this place for a year. I moved in after the hurricane and recently moved out because my husbands job went back to Ohio. My husband in construction and was down for the rebuilding of New Orleans. I didn't have any problems with this place. I wasn't working so I was home all the time. I got to know the people in the office and they were nicer than the people in the office at my old apartment. I never had any maintenance problems that were not taken care of as soon as I called them in. The maintenance men were just as nice as the two little ladies in the office. When I moved out I was told about this site and told to post my honest opionion of the property and the workers. I was pleased! With my husband being gone all the time I was worried about being scared, but I was ok. My neighbors were great and looked out for me. I will really miss them. So if you are reading this I would say go ahead and take a look at them. I am sure you will like them, we did. We will definitely rent from them again if our business ever brings us back to New Orleans.
