The cleanliness of any apartment in this place is non-existent. We did not do a walk-through the day we signed our lease, and were told there was none when we inquired about it. When we did our inpsection OURSELVES...it was TERRIBLE. The mildew smell hit you right when you walked in. There were unused tampons on the top shelf in the bathroom(not so bad, but how do you miss that'''). There was blood on one of the walls in the bathroom. Pubic hairs were all over the base boards throughout the bathroom and tub. There was so much more, but we actually decided to "rough it out" for a year. The line was drawn when a supposedly(as advertised) cable ready apartment was NOT cable ready. They just ran the cable one side of the wall to the next''' We were DONE at this point, and these apartments are so lucky we didn't take them to court. Unacceptable, and move in if you're okay living in ghetto circumstances. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Another strange post. You say that ALL of the apartments at La Maison are dirty? Have you seen all of them to know? Thats a ridiculous statement. Also, when you showed up for the signing, you asked for a walk through and were told no? Would you honestly sign a lease for an apartment you have never seen, and when you asked to see it, before signing you were told no? Would you buy a car with out test driving it? Or buy non returnable clothes with out trying them on? As to being cable ready, there is cable in the living room and both bedrooms of my arpatment. If I want my TV somewhere other than where the cable jack is, I would not expect them to punch a hole in the sheet rock and run a new cable for me. Of course they would run a cable along the wall. Your apartment was still cable ready, you just decided to place your TV on a wall with out a cable jack. Lastly, you make all these complaints, the most serious about the maintenance staff not moving a cable jack, and then you rate the Maintenance a 3 out of 5?
