Let me give you my opinion of this place.

Maintenance is good enough. Its an apartment. Things break they fix them. Cant say they always fix it right but they try and if it isnt right the first time they will keep trying. They are all nice. They have a new man that doesnt speak english that clear but he does a real good job and is real nice. The other one is young but he is learning and seems to do a good job too.

Office people are nice enough. I have gotten into an arguement or two with the manager but it was my fault and she was just trying to make me understand. We get along fine now though She tries to keep everyone in line. The other lady is real nice.

Everything else is good. The flowers seem to be dying but thats probably the heat killing them. The pools been really nasty so I called to complain. They said they gonna fix it as soon as they can that maintenance is going try to pick up pool companys slack. The bbq grills are nice I used them over the weekend.

I dont have any issues with the place. I like it enough. The rent is a little high but its worth it because its big.
