I moved here from out of town and I must say that the staff was very nice especially the apartment manager. The apartment complex as well as the neighborhood is very quiet. As far as maintanence goes I can truly say that things got fixed in a timely manner usually the day of or the day after being reported. The grounds are taken care of every week, you get a sense that your rent is going towards fixing something. The only complaint is that the 1 bedrooms have small kitchens and not enough closet space.
