DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE

I lived in Park Oaks from 2006-2007: First there was mold growing on my bathroom ceiling that eventually gave way to a hole that remained there for 5 mos until I moved out (maintenance never addressed it when I initially reported the mold problem), my car was broken into, my neighbor was a confessed drug addict (if she hadn't confessed you would hear her boyfriend screaming at her for giving oral sex for pills) who got into loud fights in the community hallway with her numerous "boyfriends", the maintenance staff consisted of one slow moving guy who never really fixed anything just did patchwork, the management is a joke and of no help b/c the woman who supposedly handles the complaint issues is never physically in the office, the illegals in the adjacent property urinated and littered the stairwells and grounds on the property, the rent did jump nearly 75% for renewal leases and on top of that I never received my refundable deposit when I finally left after living with a leaking bathroom ceiling for 5 months! Definitely WOULD NOT recommend that place to anybody who wishes to have a sanitary environment to live in.
