This type of place would be suited for one person for short term.

We had a furnished studio apt. that was low in price but very small in space. (I think all of the apts. in this building are studio..')

Only one person could fit inside the "kitchen" and there was hardly any counter space to prepare food. However, surprisingly, there was ample wardrobe and cabinet space.

There was a noise problem amongst the tenants and the neighborhood was not the best.

There were regular car thefts in the general area despite the car lot being well lit.

Never had a problem with the staff or maintenance calls.

Edited to add that we once received a notice that there was urine found in the washing machines. They said they would like to think it was cats and not humans.
