Didn't feel safe at all!

I lived there for a year, and gradually the safety level was going down.

When I would walk to my car, there were hoodlums hanging out in the parking lot.

I couldn't even enjoy a swim in the pool, without all these disgusting guys watching.

The walls were very thin, I had to listen to the people downstairs "getting busy" every night.

My refrigerator was falling apart, and it took forever to get a new one.

One night two gangs of hoodlums were fighting outside.

They accept section 8, so if don't want to live in a housing project, don't live there!

I just moved to the Peppertree and I have never seen hoodlums hanging out anywhere. I swam and I never encountered anyone watching.I was surprised to not see many peoople hanging around the pool. The walls are thin and you can hear noise upstairs and down, but if you let management know of excessive noise, they will send the resident a letter. I know I have't lived here long, but so far I have not seen any of these things you are talking about. The staff is very nice and they keep the grounds clean.
