I have visited the rental property and there is nothing that great about it. They do offer you a full size fridge, stove, a built in microwave, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. It also has a patio. It would be great for a single person, two people maybe, but they don't allow more than two people per apartment. More than two people are allowed if the 3rd person is a child under two years of age. I'm still trying to figure that out because I would like to know what happens when the child becomes three years old' Anyway, they categorize it as an "apartment suite" because how the layout is. The sink is located outside of the bathroom which means the sink is literally inside the bedroom, which means that your company would have to walk through your bedroom to get to the bathroom. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a "half" wall that does not go completely up to the cieling, so it's not exactly like a "true" studio apartment. Overall, it is small but for the price, they do offer you a lot. Prices start off at $525.00- $555.00 (depending on what floor level you choose and if you choose a short term or a long term lease)plus $26.00 for water, trash, and extermination fees.
Today(01/10/09),I went to view the actual apartment that would be renting,(Not The Display Apartment That They Show You When You First Visit) and I did not like what I saw. They do not have a full size washer and dryer, it's more like two small shoe boxes to wash and dry your clothes!! I have never before in my life seen such a small washing machine. I wondered how long it would take me to wash and dry a large load of clothes(1 large load would equal about 5 small loads in this size washer) and how much my electricity bill would be after washing and drying all the small loads of clothes. Then the BIG problem was when I looked on the floor, inside of the wash room (closet) the entire floor was wet. There was obviously a leak somewhere because the whole damn floor was like a pool. The lady showing me the apartment was sooooooo embarassed!! She really couln't say anything, she knew that the apartments were crappy too. I took that as a sign not to rent there. I just don't think that I could deal with a small ass washer breaking down and having water leaking all over the floor. It seems that living here would be one big headace. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I have lived at Polo Run for 3 years and love it there. It is good for a single person, the price is right and every time I have a problem it is taken care of ASAP. Never had a problem with the washer or dryer. No, it does not hold as many clothes as a full size washer& dryer but just for me it is more than good. As far as the air & heat never a problem always works well and the entergy bill is about $60.00 on avg.
