If you want to live in a place where you can be assured of: 1) having your apartment potentially burgularized, 2) your bathroom ceiling caving in, 3) extremely slow responsiveness from management, 4) loud neighbors, and 5) unwelcomed guests (the world's largest rats and roaches) then this is your place.
