Severn Pointe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Well...in general I like the appearance of Severn Pointe. I havent had any safety issues since Ive been here; it is a gated property...Management has changed a billion times since Ive first moved, but it does seem to be positive changes. I have had problems with things going wrong in my upgraded apartment such as leaks which saturated my carpet, plumbing backing up, electricity turning on and off...Usually if it is an emergency maintenance does come out...I haven't had the best experience with this complex, but it is by far not the worst. Oh and the walls are super thin...
