Not so bad. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   After reading reviews on other apartments and not just these I've come to the conclusion that people just like to complain as its easy to find things you don't like. Not saying The Crossings is the best place ever but compared to other complexes in the same price range its pretty good. They did raise the rent after the hurricane but comparable to the rents that went up across the community. Maintenance may seem overworked but they respond in a timely manner. Parking is definitely an issue, in that the apts with more than 1 car and guests make it hard for residents with only 1 car to find space if you come in late. But the apartments are cute and the management is reasonable. The grounds are kept up and the pool is clean. Granted a couple new tables and umbrellas would improve the pool side but they aren't affecting general life. So overall I would refer this place to my friends.
