I think these are great if your are looking for your very first apartment and you have no rental history. The apartments themselves have a pretty nice exterior (maybe a little too much greenery which can be kinda scary at night there are so many bugs and creepy things jumping outta the bushes all the time especially in the summer!) The interior leaves a little to be desired. It looks sorta old, I think it could be updated a little.
