The Premises

I currently live at The Premises II apartments. I am anxiously looking forward terminating my lease at the end of this month. When I first moved into the apartment, the property manager was very rude, and not very helpful at all. The first night of being there, I opened up the dishwasher and there were two roaches inside. I absolutely despise roaches!!! That wasn't the last of my roach sightings. My apartment appears now to be infested with roaches. I occasionally get a cockroach, but the majority of them are the small ones. I can turn off my kitchen light at night for at least 5 minutes, and when I turn the light back on, there will be at least 8 of those disgusting little creatures on my countertop having a fiesta. For the record, I keep a clean home, but that doesn't seem to matter. I have complained about this problem for the 4th and final time. I have to get out. I dread coming home everyday. Whatever pest control company that they hired apparently isn't doing their job properly. I am paying $602.00 to live in this disgusting apartment, and I would not advise anyone to move in these apartments. Not only is it a health hazard, but I am overpaying to live in a place with such deplorable conditions.
