Very unfair and evil company I will never recommend to anyone please read my story

This apartment complex is unreasonable and unfair I was 8 months pregnant and lived on the third floor, I fell and broke my left knee and was no longer able to go up and down the stairs to the third floor and was no longer able to work. I was left with no choice but to move and I had to break my lease by 2 months and this company is trying to get $1,252.00 out of me because they claim this is not a VALID reason to move, well Im sure if it happened to them it sure would be, decide for yourself. Also it is not worth the money to give to such an evil company, never never will I ever recommend anyone to live here and the funny thing I was never late paying rent and had previously lived in these apartments 4yrs prior to this for 2yrs and this is how I get treated. If you do decide to move, here do not live near the pool because you will not get any sleep, the management does not enforce the pool rules what so ever. Some tenants stay out by the pool drinking till early in the morning and making a lot of noise, they claim they have a police officer but you never see him. If you are handicapped in anyway you will have a difficult time getting in the gates, going up the stairs, stepping stones through their flower bed, gates around the pool, slanted concrete with small rocks that is very very slick when wet (by the pool) to go get your mail, and terrible wash room it has no air, fans or heat. Their coke machine rarely works and if it does it usually takes your money. They have also had problems with people stealing clothes from the wash room, breaking into cars, and people shooting guns through other peoples apartments in the middle of the night. Now you tell me would you feel safe.
