The Terraces at Metairie

Terrible From: lebron216 Date posted: 1/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I currently live in the complex located off of Clearview Parkway South on houma blvd. they have the WORST management ever! I was fined for having a cooler on my balcony. My neighbor has 2 on his and has never been fined. I asked if I could put my childeren's radio flyer wagon, and bike on our balcony and I was told that was fine. A month later I was told I would be fined again if I did not take the wagon and bike off becuase now only plants are allowed. Of course my neighbors still have junk on their balconies. This is just one of MANY things that I have had to deal with since being there and it's hard becuase I am in the Marine Corps and I don't want to move anymore than I have to becuase we move around alot as it is.
