The Terraces at Metairie

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! From: _Jeremy_ Date posted: 8/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I'm on my second year at The Terraces, and I must dissagree with all of the negative comments left on this complex. The grounds are always kept up, parking is always easy, the pool is always beautiful! My dishwasher went on the "fritz", and it was fixed the next day, my A/C stopped blowing cold, and it was fixed THAT day. The bug guys always come, and I have seen only one roach in my almost two years there. The office staff is wonderful, and the residents are all nice. I love it!
