The Terraces II was my first apartment when iI moved out. I got a cheaper rent becasue i had the old blue colored carpet adn they said they were getting rid of it. As far as noise, I got used to the highway...it really wasn't an issue and y balcony was facing it!!! The pool area was bad becasuse little kids were allowed in without supervision. The security and management regarding crime was a joke. I had 3 cars during my stay here and each had a window smashed (along with other cars in the parking lot) and management said it could happen anywhere and that they weren't responsible. Then when they started to renevate the outside my 2nd floor apt. flooded becasue there was no siding for about 4 months and it rained continuously. They painted over the water spots and that was it. I was forced to get a new mattress due to the damage.

If your resilent adn a student not trying to raise a family then its ok. Don't hang around outside at night and try to park where you can see your car!
