Okay place, but not for this price!

The Terraces is an okay place if a two bedroom weren't $650 a month! It's not that the price is too high as much as the level of repair. My wife and I have lived here for just a few months but already we have a list of repairs needing attention: roof leaks, weak spots in the floor, leaking sinks, toilets needing repair. I have reported these things three times each and nothing has been done. For $650, I expect more. We're going to move out as soon as we can.
