Management, Construction, Maintenance...why's the gate always open'

I could never get in touch with anyone, then I found out they were shut down because they were building without a permit.
There was a gate that needed a code, it would get changed without notice, or just be wide open! I got tired of people walking through my bedroom to get to the bathroom, and the walls were too thin...couldn't play music or laugh to loud on the phone. One time my hot water was off for two days, I called them and they said they (maintenance/management) were working on it.
It's too small, and I ended up paying a storage fee for my other furniture.
