I lived here for two years. Not only do they let anyone live there, they mail out these water bills and I have been paying it for a year. Others have not been getting them and get away with not paying them. Also, when you move out, you do not get back your deposit, so it will be a waste of time to clean up. Plus, they take up about five parking spaces for this storage trailer, and if you park in the space next to it, they knock on your door and ask you to move it. Well, I guess having part of the apartment destroyed, by Hurricane Katrina, makes up for me not getting my deposit back. The place I live now has no damage.
