I moved back to nola from another state and was thoroughly disappointed in this apartment. The appliances were nice but I had/have so many problems with the apartment, it is just not worth it. Plus, they hide the fact that you will be charged for water and security even though the pipes constantly run and the security gate is always open. When I asked why don't they lock the gate, the GM said that they have too many workers going in and out, but here is the catch; she was basically telling me that she didn't even trust the contractors b/c of this issue. Needless to say, I had to get legal representation and am currently trying to break my lease.

It is obvious that they do not care at all about there tennants. Plus, the office people do not even live there!!! So when you are complaining about the number of kids screaming at the pool, leaving their ---- everywhere, and you have sketchy people who don't even live in the complex, working on their car in the limited parking lot.... the office personel have no idea what you are talking about!!!!!

I have had 3 apartments in 3 states and this is by far the worst with all of the services. If I could give them lower that a 1, I would with out any hesitation.
