I moved into this place shortly after the hurricane. The apartments are as cute as they can be, but the management and the maintenance people are the worst I have aver encountered. The leasing agent is the rudest, unhelpful, person I have ever met in my entire life. I had a problem in my apartment and she literally told me "well, what do you want me to do about it'" Well I wanted help which is why I was calling the office. She is the means to an end for this complex and hopefully the main manager will realize this soon, but she is never there so I guess she wouldn't realize this. The other lady that works there seems really sweet, but she gets caught up in the leasing agents evil ways every once in a while too. I moved out of there as soon as my lease was up and I will never look back. The rent was too high for the little place even though it was nice. But service is more important to me and that was something this place definitely lacks. The owner should re-evaluate their staff SOON!

I know who you're talking about because she said the exact same thing to me. What a skank. You're supposed to be helping your tenants, and you are correct, Terrie is never there!
