Let me tell you a few things about The Terraces II.

First, they show you these renovated apartments like they're the greatest thing in the world, and they rent them at $725 for an apartment that's less than 600 square feet. Your brand new cabinets will be crooked and your brand new toilet will be installed sideways! That beautiful ceramic tile will have about 5 different tones to it, as they did not finish mine using one type of tile. The sparkling pool is always dirty and the hottub never works.

Next, it is undergoing construction. Now noise is to be expected but when these a**holes are knocking on your door and running and partying instead of working it's a problem. Let's not forget the creepy mexican men who try to get your phone number when they are supposed to be working! They're supposed to be out of here by the 30th, but only buildings 2 and 3 have been painted, so I doubt it. Hope you like mustard, because that's the color they are painting this place. It's an eye sore.

The office staff is absolutely ridiculous. I'd love to get ahold of the owner and have a chat with him. Little Miss Laura Leasing Agent is a rude, snotty b***h. She will gladly take your money when it's rent time but don't expect anything out of her otherwise, this includes being there. She never is in the office and when she is, she doesn't answer the phone. If you are lucky and happen to catch her, she'll say to you, "Well what do you want me to do about it'" Uh, how about do your job' And Terrie, the manager, is so incompetent. She puts little notes on our doors that look as if she had a second grader proof read them before handing them out. Maybe it was one of her grandkids who are always on the property who spell check for her. When I inform her of problems, she telle me to just "deal with it" for a little while longer and rushes me away. And now she's got three complexes to manager, so she'll be gone for longer periods of time now. SHE IS NEVER HERE!

And finally, the other tenants here are disgusting. They will leave trash everywhere, let their pets run wild, and have loud, obnoxious parties. Let's not forget about 9 apartments had their windows broken due to a rock thrower recently. If you live here, you're screwed because they want 2 months worth of rent when you terminate your lease and you forfeit all your deposits. If you're considering it, DON'T DO IT.
