I have been reading all the other reviews from previous years and i just wanted people to know that The Terraces of Metairie II is nothing like it was in the past. I moved there in December of 2007 and i've had nothing but a good experience. My apartment is newly renovated and i love it. Other apartment complexes advertise that there apartments are newly renovated and all they do is slap paint on the walls and over price the place. Thats not how it is here, what they advertise is what you get and its so afordable. The location is very convenent b/c its very close to the interstate but you dont hear all the interstate noise. The complex is very peaceful and the residents are quite for the most part. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem that i have has was with my kitchen light and it was fixed within a couple hours of me reporting it. If your thinking about moving here i would suggest it.

I'm pretty sure you don't live in The Terraces of Metairie II because if you did you would know that the management is horrible the rent is way to high for the living conditions and actually fixing something when a tenant reports a problem is not on their list of things to do. Obviously your management trying to be the one YES in a SEA of NO's,
