Not too bad ... except for the murders

You could do worse.
The apartments were of average size. The management was frienldy for the most part. (We did have some issues with our dog) Usually quick on repairs. Good amount of parking. Walls are pretty thin. If you live near a gate into the apartments, get ready for noise all day long. The other occupants are alright, but I wouldn't trust any of them. One former resident now lives behind bars - he killed two prostitues while living in White Water Creek. If you can get past that, it's not a terrible place to live.
