The apartment itself wasn't that bad and the complex is in a decent area close to all kinds of shopping. Granted, I lived there 5 years ago so I don't know what kind of shape they're in now. But being by the big city, you have to expect some crime. My husbands truck was stolen. It was later found in a cemetary in New Orleans. This was the only negative thing we experience there. I didn't feel too safe after that. But anyway, I never needed maintenance, the staff was nice, the appliances were in decent shape as was the building. The only thing I would have liked would be W/D hook-ups.
