I have lived here for almost a year, and have had no problems whatsoever. Management has been very nice and helpful. Grounds are kept clean and landscaped. Maintenance is friendly. Gates work most all the time, and when they don't, they are usually repaired in short order. The only people who ever come in your apartment are the pest control technicians, which is explained along with everything else at the lease signing. (People should pay much more attention to what is said at the signing, and what is contained in the lease. It is usually always "spelled-out" there.) The apartment/building itself is somewhat "dated" however they are kept clean, and the complex is generally quiet. There are some rather "seedy" complexes in the vicinity, but this complex and the surrounding neighborhood are nice. The rent is a little steep at $637 a month for a 1BR/1BA.
