Racist, but not to minorities

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I've been living here since before Katrina and I have noticed the amount of trashy and scary people being let in have increased exponentially since 2005. There drug dealers on every floor of my building and I have witnessed people smoking pot in their cars, along with residents urinating in the bushes. The parking is terrible because they have way more people living in an apartment then the lease allows. Residents loiter in the stairways and laundry room. I don't even feel safe here anymore. I have reported these things to management which has gone way down hill in the last year. In the 3 years I have been here I have had to call the police 4 times for noise and random drunks.
