With little or no effort you can find a much nicer place to live around Monroe than this old run down dump. This complex is NOT well maintained. The entire place needs a MAJOR face lift. I don't know if it is due to lazy maintenance people or a penny pinching manager, but most things around here are patched together as cheaply as possible.
The staff seems friendly enough except for the manager. I think that after getting up on the wrong side of the bed each morning, she jumps on her broom and rides to work
