Great for College Students - These are EXCELLENT for their price. They aren't the most up to date apartments in town, but they are clean and spacious. They are also very close to ULM. CollegeStudent I had a good experience, the manager is very sweet and extremely understandable. The only bad part about this apartment that I can think of is the garbage disposal would constantly be stopped up. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Decent Loved the pool, left before they installed a fitness center. Robbery was a little bit of an issues and neighborhood boys taking over the pool. Maint was decent. They definitely up the rent if you try to renew your lease. Too high of rates for what you get.

DON'T MOVE HERER This place is aweful!!! The apartments are invested with bugs that never go away. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything! The lawn is covered with dog poop and cig butts. There are tons of stray cats that prowl the grounds. This place is a serious waste of money!!
