Frogpond has the friendliest and most flexible staff. The prices are cheaper than any other apartment complex around. The apartments are under individual leasing and come furnished or unfurnished with a total package of electricity,internet and cable. Frogpond is also very well landscaped and the up-keeping of it is nice. If you are the type of person who takes care of where you live and want to meet new people (as you will have 3 other room mates) this is the place for you!
