While the complex itself is not a bad place, the staff and management are the worst I have ever seen. The maintenance is totally worthless. Of the year that we lived there we had continuous problems with the central air. At one point we were without AC for a week during August when the average daily temp was 100 or higher. This was almost a monthly problem that was never fixed. But they sure did let you know if your rent was one day late and just how much they were gonna charge you for it. The management also had all these "policy changes" that were never stated in the lease or in any of the paperwork they could produce proving they weren't just making stuff up. All these people care about is trying to screw you out of as much money as possible. They treat their tenants as if they are all idiotic children who will just do whatever and hand over money no questions asked whenever the complex decides they want to charge you a fee for something or determine that you owe them charges even tho THEY are at fault! You are better off finding a rent house or another complex.
