Sounds like the manager or owner of the apartment wrote the "very good experience" review.... If you just moved out- how would you know everything is better and has changed''' Leopards don't change their spots- they just rearrange them to make themselves look better.
The only way this place will change is if a few 24/7 security guards were posted at the entrances and video cameras were in the parking lots! Not even to mention weeding out the bad tenants.
And, all this money we pay out and the pool still sits dirty and empty!
