They are horrible!! The Manager doesn't fix anything. They switch manager like every month and the apartment are just disgusting. They don't just own white columns they also own Fleur De Lis and Summertree apartments which are also run down!! Do not move in any of their properties!!

Totally correct. They are run down apartments with no help from the landlord.
