The ceiling is ALWAYS leaking, and it's become a daily ritual of mine to beg the managers to fix it since it fell ON me while I was sleeping. The managers refuse to disclose any information about the owner of the apartments so I can discuss these issues with him. The "manager" is very rude and insensitive. She harrases my family on a regular basis and told us that she has rights to search our apartment at any time. She has come to my door yelling and cussing not only in front of me, but my 9 month old son. This is unexceptable.
