The Management, rather, Mrs. Smith probably doesn't even have a high school diploma. The woman is always putting letters riddled with ebonics on my door telling the other residents and myself the rules for the week. I have never in my life seen such a bunch of idiots like this. The latest post was a $25.00 charge for all trash (lawn chairs, garbage cans, and everything short of a BBQ pit) left on the back porches. I found 27 grammatical errors in this little note she left. When I edited the letter and re posted it on my door she was furious! From my best understanding correcting her ebonics is worthy enough reason for eviction...that was not in my lease agreement, but hell this is Mrs. Smith land. Once again she would not disclose any information about the true owner of the apartments, in fact, she offered me Bobby Columns phone number; then turned around and wouldn't give it to me when I said I wanted it. The town house apartments are alright, but the staff here needs to be either repaired or replaced. Also, Mrs. Smith does read all comments about the apartments online, I know this because she mentioned the last comment I posted about the ceiling falling in on me and how she chose to "fix" the problem. Apparently she was a little pissed off about that too. But like that old saying goes, "You can't get pissed off about something unless there is a little truth behind it". Since Mrs. Smith did not like my first comment I wrote about her and the way she runs these apartments, I shall just write a new comment everyday that I live here and let her actions dictate how my reviews are written.
