Its all guud with me - Frog pond is a wonderful place to live if your a student going to Northwestern State. It is very close to the campus and has a groscery store next doors as well, so it's not a issue to go shopping for food. Most of the people that do stay here go to school. They are horrible!! The Manager doesn't fix anything. They switch manager like every month and the apartment are just disgusting. They don't just own white columns they also own Fleur De Lis and Summertree apartments which are also run down!! Do not move in any of their properties!!

Thieves The property manager must be a millionaire due to all the deposits he keeps. Six months after I moved out, I still hadn´t heard anything about my deposit so I went to the office. By then, a new office manager was there and there was no record of me ever living in the apartments.
