The best complex for me - I lived in Oak Island for 14 months. The staff was highly professional. The atmosphere is quiet. The maintenance staff arrived within an hour, even on weekends. The children in the area were well mannered and not nearly as noisy as those in the other areas where I previously lived. Excellent - To this day... the best apartment I've ever lived in! Conveniently located to EVERYTHING in New Orleans!! Incredible views from the rooftop pool and clubhouse (which you can use for parties). Small rooftop gym, but has all you need. Thick walls mean you will not hear your neighbors! Great Apartments - The apartments are a great secure place to stay, it's nice, quiet, they have an on site laundry facility, elevators, their also a gated community. Water, and local phone are included in rent, they also allow you to pay your electricity through the rental office as well, the electricity is already on when you move in.
