it is overpriced for new orleans and the level of services provided. Management overturn has been high, three in the past year. Lots of leaks when it rains. Potholes and uneven surface in parking garage. Heavy stinch of trash to enter elevators from garage. Access road to garage parking is one of the worst pothole infested streets in new orleans.
abandoned grocery baskets scattered all over parking garage.
courtesy officers are not courteous at all.
no 24 hour security.
lots of pet owners who do not pick up after there pets.
can only open one window per apartment.
bathroom and kitchen fictures are cheap.
plumbing has problems.
