A whole lotta noise

This place is a nice place to live. But, 20% of the apts are public apts (in other words, you will find inner city thugs roaming at the pool with very poor hygiene).
The service is ok. The ladies that are the so-called managers are more concerned with their hair-do's, make-up and one of them with how tight her t-shirt can be, than the concern of the customers.
If you come here, be sure that you don't have high expectations of the surrounding, service and the bang for the buck. The road behind the apts is indeed the worst road in the city. In the apts, the windows cannot be opened so please, if you like to cook, fughetaboudit.
