I fell in love with this building and had to live there. I thought I was living in a luxury warehouse building. Then I noticed residents that did not seem like they could afford the high rent. Another resident told me that the building does low income housing in exchange for tax credits. Management offered me nothing but to cancel my lease. Also the walls are as thin as a sheet of paper. I can hear my neighbors tv and music. Management told me they had the same problem with theirs neighbors. Their suggestion was for me to buy something to make a noise to cover up the neighbors noise. Parking at this building is horrible. The gates are always broken and people who do not pay to park in the garage park their vehicles in the garage. Security at this building is a joke!!! The guards never watch the survallence monitors instead you can find them sleeping. When unidentified people approach the gates security opens the gate. I also saw the guard going into the apartment of a resident who he is always seen talking with. The same guard I also saw in the business center playing on his myspace when he was supposed to be walking the grounds hmmmm!!!! I had this terrible odor in my apartment after my neighbor was evicted. I thought there was a dead rat in the air ducts(because the building has a rat problem) Apparently he left food in his frig and management did not discover that until two weeks after the fact. The property manager claims he moved out two days before the odor but it was two weeks I saw him moving out. The property manager does nothing but try to turn every problem you have around on you.
