I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to live at american can. I crawled into bed one night to discover 3 rats under my pillow. managements solution was putting a few glue traps around the apartment. i would see about 10 different mice running around my apartment in one day. my whole family was sick all the time probly because of the mold growing in the bricks and walls in just about every room. managements solution was to spray paint over the mold. my a/c went out all summer about once a week and it would take about 3 days to be fixed everytime it was cooler outside than in my apartment. the plumbing was always backed up so the toilet was always broken. managements solution was to send the maintence man over with a plunger. the gates were always broken. the manager at the time cindy was always more worried about how much cleavage she could show than doing her job. my husband has seen her nipples on several occasions and after the hurricane there were many different companies coming in to do work the manager cindy was sleeping with the boss of each company. so if u like living in a moldy rat infested place with no ac and water and a manager who only cares about who she can screw next this is your kind of place. Also my vehicle was vandilized in the parking lot and security is suppose to be watching cameras and my vehicle was right under one of the cameras and they wanted me to pay $25 to view the tape and then never got back to me on the situation, I guess she was too busy on her myspace to call the police to get the vandiliser put in jail!! So yeah you can make your own desicion but I just wanted to let people know what they are getting into before they decide to pay high price for little service!!
