Well things may have been good for living in Carriage House before Katrina. However, there is a new manager named Kenya and she is not a true person. She is not out for what is right for the tenants. Its all about her job. They must pay her some type of commissions depending on what they can save in the budget. She will stick you where ever. Very ignorant, she and the little dumb girl she has working in the office. Please consider another apartment complex. RUN.
Incompetant Maintenance crew.
In addition, the parking lot is in really bad shaped.

I used to live there. I lived there for about 10 years before Katrina. The management was great. The community was wonderful. I am so sorry to here how terrible the community has declined. I made a visit last year and saw the grounds were not kept well. The community looks like a broke down project community. So sad. Well, in life we have choices. So, when it comes take advantage of what is best for you.
