I guess they hire whoever they could at the time because Kenya as property manager is just not the key. She is very ignorant and not very knowledgeable at all. The other girl just follows her lead. If you are looking for a nice atmosphere and pleasant office staff Carriage house is not for you. The management company really need to hire a competent and professional manager.
